Ouzo and tsipouro from copper pot stills, made in Kavala. We carry on the tradition of the distillers of 1922 — a union of eighteen families, founded in 1969.
Every drop is distilled slowly in copper pot stills, the alcoholmeter reading degree by degree. We keep only the heart — the cut that gives Ouzo of Kavala its roundness and clean anise.
